Our Story

CILLAXE began in 2025 with one mission close to our hearts:

To take care of the people who took care of us.

As two engineering students and proud children of hardworking immigrant parents, we saw firsthand the toll that physical work, stress, and long days could take on the people we loved most.

We noticed the tight necks, stiff shoulders, restless nights, and the quiet discomfort they learned to live with.

We knew they deserved better.

But the solutions we found often felt cold and clinical. Pills, braces, complicated machines—they treated the pain, but made people feel like patients.

We wanted something different.

Something warm. Something comforting. Something that felt like home.

That vision became CILLAXE.

We created CILLAXE to make everyday pain relief feel natural, comfortable, and easy to fit into real life. Our flagship Thera Pillow combines soothing heat, massage, and gentle traction to help relieve neck tension and bring comfort right to your couch or bed.

Since launching, CILLAXE has helped more than 20,000 families make comfort part of their daily routine—without the clinical experience, without complicated treatments, and without having to leave home.
